

I was born in New York City and educated at the University of Illinois-Champaign-Urbana (1993). I was awarded my Medical Degree by the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine (1997) and completed my General Surgery Residency at the University of Kansas (2002).

PERSONAL
My wife, Dr. Danielle Stebbins, is an Internal Medicine doctor at KU MedWest. We have two wonderful boys. I train for endurance events including IRONMAN triathalon. Best times to date; Ironman Coeur d’Alene 2008: 14 hours, 40 minutes. Ironman 70.3 Kansas 2009: 5 hours, 51 minutes.
